About
Founded in 1986, the Greater Atlanta Vedic Temple Society, Inc., also known as Vedic Temple, is a non-denominational Hindu religious organization. It follows the principles of Vedic Dharma, based on the four sacred scriptures: Rigved, Yajurved, Samved, and Atharvaved. The temple practices worship through chanting Vedic hymns, conducting prayers, and meditation to connect with God. Guided by the ten principles of Arya Samaj, it is dedicated to serving all of humanity, irrespective of religion, caste, age, or gender.
