Houston, Texas, USA: The Consulate General of India in Houston will observe the 11th Ayurveda Day on September 19, 2026, with a program highlighting Ayurveda and its role in health and community well-being.
The event will be held at ISKCON of Houston, located at 1320 W. 34th St., Houston, Texas 77018.
The consulate is organizing the program in collaboration with the American Association of Ayurvedic Professionals (AAAP), the National Ayurvedic Medical Association (NAMA), the Texas Ayurveda Professionals Association (TAPAS) and other community organizations.
The 2026 Ayurveda Day observance will be held under the theme “One Health, One Future.” The program will also focus on “Ayurveda for a Healthier Tomorrow,” exploring Ayurveda's role in holistic health, community well-being and sustainable living.
The program will feature panel discussions with experts from Ayurvedic and Western medicine. Sessions will cover topics including Ayurveda and community well-being, sustainable living, and the integration of Ayurveda into modern health care.
Attendees will have opportunities to interact with panelists and participate in one-on-one sessions with Ayurvedic experts. The program will also include a “Know Your Prakriti” analysis, live quizzes and an Ayurveda exhibition.
