Hi, I'm looking for a responsible roommate to share my Condo off of Baymeadows & 95. This Condo has 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, 2300 square feet in a quiet neighborhood with tons of running/walking trails. The home is updated with hardwood floors & granite kitchen counter tops, a nice outside patio area & a fireplace that never gets used because this is Florida!I am IT Professional too. I do not smoke & prefer my roommates not to either. I am not a clean freak but keep things organized, neat and clean. I expect the same from my roommate.The rent for the room is $600 per month plus utilities (around 45-65). The lease is month to month with the understanding a 30 day notice will be given if you intend to vacate. The room is immediately available for Occupation.
