An Israeli airstrike on a school in northern Gaza has resulted in multiple casualties. According to the Palestinian health ministry, at least 15 individuals lost their lives, including five children, in the attack on Abu Husseini School, which was functioning as a temporary shelter. Health officials reported that dozens more were injured, with many women and children in critical condition. In response, the Israeli military stated that the strike aimed at Hamas and Islamic Jihad militants believed to be congregating at the school.
