Uzbekistan, Tashkent: Prime Minister Abdulla Aripov made a historic visit to Kabul, marking the first high-level trip by an Uzbek delegation since the Taliban took control three years ago, replacing a Western-supported administration. During his visit, Aripov is set to engage in discussions on trade between Uzbekistan and Afghanistan. The Taliban-led Ministry for Industry and Commerce announced this on X, also sharing a photo of the Uzbek delegation arriving at Kabul’s airport. To date, no country has officially recognized the Taliban-led government in Kabul.
