The video, shared on Truth Social, includes Obama saying, “especially the President is above the law,” followed by a fictional arrest scene, and ends with Obama in an orange jumpsuit.

Trump offered no disclaimer, prompting backlash for promoting misinformation.

The post comes after Trump accused Obama of "high-level election fraud." Meanwhile, DNI Tulsi Gabbard claimed Obama-era officials fabricated the Trump-Russia collusion theory.

However, a 114-page ODNI report found no cyber interference by Russia in the 2016 election or impact on its outcome.
