Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky and key global leaders seem to have accepted US President Donald Trump’s Moscow-backed terms, with discussions shifting toward "robust security guarantees" for Ukraine—potentially making it a de facto NATO member.
Trump said Putin may soon release over 1,000 Ukrainian prisoners after a planned trilateral summit with Zelensky.
After their private meeting, Trump and Zelensky joined a broader session with European leaders, where French President Emmanuel Macron and UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer also took part in the discussions.
