TANA Mid-Atlantic Hosts Vibrant Cultural Competition in Philadelphia, Draws 600+ Attendees

The TANA Mid-Atlantic team successfully hosted a vibrant cultural competition in Philadelphia on October 26. Over 150 participants, including children and adults, actively engaged in singing and dance contests across classical and non-classical styles, drawing a warm reception. The event drew an audience of more than 600 attendees, who cheered on the participants. Starting at 12:30 p.m. on the 26th, the competitions ran enthusiastically until 10 p.m. without interruption. Special guest, actor and dancer Indraneil, delivered a captivating performance with "Shivathandavam" and selections from NBK50. Singer Sarvani Chitta, the guest of honor, charmed the audience with her singing. TANA Board member Ravi Potluri honored both Indraneil and Sarvani and expressed his gratitude to the dedicated volunteers and donors who helped make the event a success.

The cultural competitions were jointly organized by Suresh Yelamanchi and Krishna Nandamuri, in partnership with TANA Mid-Atlantic regional representative Venkat Singhu, Satish Tummala, and Sunil Koganti. Additional contributions came from Phani Kantheti, Vishwanath Koganti, Saroja Pavuluri, Rajeshwari Kantheti, Ranjith Mamidi, Chandu Basutkar, Chalam Pavuluri, Venkat Guduru, Bhavini Mamidi, Prasad Kothapalli, Sunitha Vagvala, Nayudamma Yelavarthi, Raveena Tummala, Neelima Voleti, Gopi Vagwala, Bhavani Kothapalli, Manisha Meka, Geetha Ponnaganti, Vyom Kothapalli, and others, whose efforts were instrumental in the program’s success.
