Hyderabad Minister Commends Core Tracker for Securing Rs 5.4 Crore for NRI Students Family

Kanasa, Topeka: The State IT and Industries Minister, Duddilla Sridhar Babu, has praised Core Tracker for its dedication to safeguarding the rights of Indian students abroad.

The company's chairman, Vikram Sagar Passala, extended his congratulations to the family of Kolli Manideep, an NRI student who tragically lost his life in an incident at the Liv Apartments swimming pool in Kansas, USA, for their “inspiring service.”

During a ceremony at Madhapur Tea Hub on Saturday, the minister presented a cheque for a significant compensation amount of Rs 5.4 crore to Manideep's family. In his remarks, he highlighted that thanks to the efforts of Core Tracker, an international IT technology firm, the victim’s family had received the compensation.

Abdul Q Arif, a well-known lawyer based in the US and originally from Hyderabad, played a pivotal role by gathering compelling evidence and successfully arguing that the negligence of the apartment managers contributed to the unfortunate incident.
