As red bows adorn the streetlights and Christmas lights illuminate Independence Square, anticipation builds for the filming of "Holiday Touchdown: A Chiefs Love Story," a new Hallmark Channel movie. Holiday FX, known for their holiday decorations, has been busy transforming the Square into a winter wonderland.

Produced by the Chiefs, Hallmark, NFL, and Skydance Sports, the film will feature Tyler Hynes, Hunter King, and Ed Begley Jr. Locations across Kansas City, including GEHA Field at Arrowhead Stadium and Independence Square, will serve as the backdrop for this heartwarming holiday tale.

This isn't the first time Independence has been in the spotlight. Earlier, the Square and local merchants starred in a promotional video for the Chiefs, featuring Hynes in "Falling for Football." The success of that collaboration has left merchants eagerly anticipating another opportunity to be part of the magic.
