Indian-Origin CEO Appeals for Help as Father Faces Property Grab in Varanasi

Ayush Jaiswal, CEO of Pesto Tech, has appealed for help on social media, alleging that his 64-year-old father is being targeted in a property-grab attempt in Varanasi. Jaiswal claims that a relative, who was once an employee, illegally occupied a shop owned by his father in the busy Maldahiya area, and has been threatening family members with a gun. Despite a formal complaint lodged on November 24, 2024, local authorities initially failed to take action.

The situation escalated after Jaiswal shared his story on social media, leading to the registration of an FIR by the Uttar Pradesh Police. The police confirmed that the matter is a family dispute and an investigation is underway. Jaiswal, who is based in the US, emphasized his father's vulnerability as a senior citizen living alone and pleaded for immediate intervention.

The case has garnered significant attention, with calls for justice on social media.
