Gurmail Singh Gill is the owner and Chef for Taj Palace of India and has over 22 years of experience working in this business. He worked for 5 years as a Chef in Gaylord Restaurant in Beverely Hills in 1980-85. He opened his first restaurant, Taj Mahal in 1986 in Dallas, Texas. His second venture was opening another restaurant, Star of India in Little Rock, Arkansa in joint partnership.


We charge 15% tip on top of our food price.


We also own TAJ Sweets and Chaat (Chaar and Sweets Shop 425 378-8000) next to the restaurant.
