Dubai, UAE: A UAE-based Indian woman, Pushpajothi Ravikumar, has earned a Guinness World Records title after writing 150 different words on a single sticky note.
The 29-year-old senior cloud engineer achieved the record in Dubai, fulfilling a childhood dream of becoming a Guinness World Records title holder. According to Guinness World Records, the achievement was recorded on April 18, 2026, and Pushpajothi is the first holder of the title for the most words written on a sticky note.
Pushpajothi said she had been fascinated by Guinness World Records since childhood and always dreamed of achieving a record herself. The idea eventually motivated her to take up the challenge and apply for a record attempt.
The challenge was not simply about fitting as many words as possible onto the small note. She also had to ensure that every word remained readable. To make the best use of the limited space, Pushpajothi selected simple and short words, most of them consisting of three letters.
She also experimented with different handwriting styles to fit the words onto the sticky note without compromising readability.
Pushpajothi managed to break the record on her very first attempt. Her achievement later attracted considerable attention online after she shared a video of the attempt on Instagram, which received nearly one million views.
She said the response from viewers, family members, friends and her college made the achievement even more special. The recognition also encouraged her to explore the possibility of attempting more world records in the future.
For Pushpajothi, the achievement represents more than simply setting a record. She believes everyone has a unique talent, including abilities they may not have discovered yet.
She said becoming a Guinness World Records title holder gave her greater confidence and an opportunity to demonstrate what she could achieve.
The Guinness World Records listing confirms that Pushpajothi Ravikumar holds the record for writing the most words on a sticky note, with 150 words, achieved in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
